I have over 10 years experience helping people get through difficult stages of their lives from anxieties and phobias to getting rid of habits, to changing careers and lifestyles.
My core methodology and approach is built around NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) for therapy and life/business coaching, but I have also trained in and use hypnosis and hypnotherapy, EFT and mindfulness.
